How do I make a purchase?
Browse through our shop section, once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Cart’ button beside each item. Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Proceed to Check Out' button.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
YES. You can browse through the collections without creating an account and select product you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your JBAJ account:  Track your orders and review past purchases.  Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.  Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.  To create an account, simply click on ‘REGISTER' at the top right of the page to fill in your details.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders within India are delivered within 5-6 working days. International orders will take 10-12 business days. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note: If it is a custom made order or a product that is out of stock please allow us 10-12 days to manufacture and ship domestically.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

Will I get an order confirmation & how do I track my order after it has beenshipped?
Yes, you will get an Order Confirmation email once you place and order. Further, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order. The dispatch of an order may get delayed if the ordered product fails quality check. In such an instance, we try our best to provide a replacement and ship the order subsequently
How to Cancel an Order?
In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently, we will be unable to cancel the order and issue a refund. In case it is an order from our current available stock from the website, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.
How do I make a payment for a Jewellery by Astha Jagwani purchase?
We accept payments via Cards, UPI, NetBanking and various Wallets. For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery on some pin-codes, Bank transfers are accepted upon special request. How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you  that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the criteria mentioned in our Return Policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  15 working days. In case, any coupon, discount or promo code was used during the original purchase, the refund or exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo code, as applicable.  In case of international orders, if customer deny's to accept the shipment, then is not responsible for any kind of refund or  replacement.
How much duties and customers will I have to pay?
VAT, duties and any other taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order. For India, all prices are inclusive of VAT/GST. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount, as it will be based on multiple factors.
