We are happy to accept returns if a product damaged. Please send us a photo of proof of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery.
The following products shall NOT be eligible for returns :
- Any product not in its original condition.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
- Any product that is returned without the original packaging and accessories, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- Custom orders on all personalized products are “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We are happy to make an exchange if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Do contact us at +91 9929339159 /email@example.com to create an exchange.
All products must be returned or exchanged with the original tags and packaging.
We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD).
For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
